My background is in teaching yoga and meditation, both of which I incorporate in sessions. Rest assured that I will collaborate with you so each and every session supports you and your needs, exactly as you are. Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to your evolving needs. I support clients both in and outside of sessions, with the option to communicate between sessions.
In our first session together, you'll have an opportunity to share more about your life, who you are, and your intentions for therapy (it's OK if you don't yet know your intentions!). :)
