In your first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help create a tailored plan for you to work through in follow-up sessions.

I've always felt that I've had my feet in two worlds, 1) a goal oriented, high achieving world and 2) a deep, authentic, emotional and spiritual world. I have found that my superpower is bridging those two worlds for my clients, teaching them how to have both - the outward successes, as well as true fulfillment and genuine love.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I invented the modality called "Life Therapy" which combines traditional psychotherapy & coaching with mindfulness & meditation. The reason for this modality, is that I believe it is most helpful to be able address your specific challenges on any level - mind, body, heart or soul. Some situations require coaching, goals and strategizing. Others situations require a deep dive into understanding your history, patterns, coping skills, limiting beliefs etc. Other situations are most effectively healed through strengthening your spiritual connection (as you know it) or awakening to energy beyond the body and mind. Regardless of your situation, I find it helpful to have many tools in my toolbelt to support your needs, and will always follow your lead as to what approach resonates most with you.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Everything we do is influenced by how we feel. When we learn how to trust, interpret, and soothe our feelings, we are planting new seeds that naturally shift into healthier behaviors. If you want to create lasting change in any area of life, you must plant new seeds, which will naturally grow into new fruit. When you only focus on changing behaviors - it's like cutting lemons off a tree and expecting it to grow oranges!

Mind-body approach

Everything is connected. Our feelings, sensations, thoughts and behaviors are all interwoven - it's important to learn how to embrace and align all parts of ourselves, so that we may experience the coherence required to attract the love love, abundance and fulfillment we deserve.

Relational

Everything I do is to help us connect more deeply with ourselves - and each other - so that we can live fulfilled lives, full of love and abundance, on every level.
