Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and lasting change? I am here to support you every step of the way. With a unique blend of compassion and practicality, I create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your inner world, set achievable goals, and harness your true potential. Guided by a holistic perspective, I recognize that your journey towards authenticity and empowerment encompasses every aspect of your being – mind, body, and spirit.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session with me, you can expect a thorough exploration of your symptoms and experiences. We will engage in a deep dive discussion to understand your concerns, goals, and what brought you to seek therapy. This session serves as an opportunity for us to establish rapport and ensure that we are a good fit for working together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Embarking on the path of personal growth can be daunting, but as your therapist, I'm dedicated to meeting you wherever you are on your journey, equipping you with tangible real-life skills, and working together to create a collaborative treatment plan. I am able to utilize evidence based practices to promote tangible and sustainable change.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) has been a valuable evidence based practice for equipping my clients with vital skills for emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. Guidance is provided to help clients develop practical strategies to manage emotions, navigate relationships, cope with distressing situations, and cultivate present-moment awareness.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, CBT-E (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Enhanced), specifically designed for treating eating disorders, has proven highly effective. It can be used to treat all eating disorders including Binge Eating Disorder. Through targeted interventions, clients are guided in challenging maladaptive thoughts and behaviors related to food and body image. Providing personalized education and skill-building techniques CBT-E empowers clients to regularize their eating patterns and address body image challenges.
