In the first session, we will begin with a brief introductions of ourselves and discuss client’s therapeutic needs, goals and expectations.
Having worked with families, couples and individuals over the past 15 years, I have developed the skills to assist client’s with reintroducing themselves and identifying their current needs, wants to help improve their quality of life and relationships.
Cognitive behavioral therapy is used to reduce and manage symptoms of various mental health conditions, primarily anxiety and depression. CBT treatment is used to assist clients with changing distorted thinking patterns that negatively affect their lives to positive, realistic and motivating thinking patterns.
