Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida with a Master’s in Psychology. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is integrative and client-centered, blending evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. In my practice, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences and reconnect with their inner strengths. I believe that healing and growth happen when we feel seen, heard, and empowered, and I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey. Whether you’re facing a difficult chapter or simply seeking more clarity and purpose in your life, I’m committed to helping you build the insight, resilience, and tools needed to thrive.
In our first session, clients can expect a thorough assessment where I’ll ask questions to better understand their concerns, history, and goals. This helps me identify what’s going on beneath the surface and choose the most appropriate evidence-based treatment approach. Once we agree on a plan, therapy will begin in the second session, tailored to your unique needs and pace.
My greatest strengths as a provider are empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I’m intuitive yet grounded in evidence-based practices, which allows me to adapt my approach to each person’s unique story. I also bring creativity and curiosity into the work, helping clients explore new perspectives and uncover their inner resilience.
I work best with teens and adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, or emotional dysregulation. Many of my clients are highly self-aware and motivated for change but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals who are exploring identity, relationships, or healing from past experiences, and who are seeking a safe, empowering space for personal growth.
I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.

I incorporate DBT skills training, especially for emotion regulation and distress tolerance in clients with intense emotional experiences.
I ground my work in a humanistic approach by fostering empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship.
I use Narrative Therapy to help clients re-author their life stories, focusing on strengths and separating problems from identity.
