I started college at the age of 14. Since then, I have attended 3 prestigious universities. I have developed curriculum for several states in thousands of schools. I have been a children's, court, school, outpatient, and substance use therapist. I love all populations, people, ages, and lifestyles. My sole purpose is to help and grow my clients. I will learn from you just like you will learn from me, this is a partnership.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will consist of: reviewing completed paperwork, introducing ourselves to one another, a quick look into your social circles, review of your symptoms, you sharing any pertinent information, discussing previous mental health experiences, reviewing medications, completing mental health assessments, discussing hopes and outcomes for treatment, receiving some insight into your diagnosis, scheduling our next appointment, and reviewing your experience.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a huge personality and I have experienced a lot of life at a young age. This allows me to offer judgement free and insightful care while facilitating a safe and fun environment.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I trained as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist at Wayne State University. I believe it is important to examine ones thoughts and feelings as a means to better understand their behavior. If you cancel within 24 hours of our appointment there will be a $50 no show fee.

Experiential Therapy

I am spontaneous and theatrical, I often create therapeutic exercises on the fly as a means to increase confidence and strengthen the therapeutic bond.

Play Therapy

I am a credentialed child mental health practitioner. I have worked as a Children's Therapist for many years.

Strength-Based

As a therapist, I pride myself on being my clients biggest cheerleader. In an effort to boost self-esteem I use Strength-Based therapy to evoke self love.
