What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will start with introductions and learn what it is that YOU would like to gain out of our treatment. We will discuss the creation of a treatment plan that will be tailored to your needs and the difficulties that you will choose to prioritize.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with multiple diagnosis and life situations I believe that my greatest strengths are in my patience, acceptance, flexibility honesty and empathy that I can offer to my clients. With a strengths and client centered approach I ensure that the focus is on you in order to ensure that every session is being beneficial and a learning and positive experience for the client.

Attachment-based

Attachment-based therapy is an approach to therapy that specifically targets those thoughts, feelings, communications, behaviors, and interpersonal exchanges that patients have learned either to suppress and avoid or to amplify and overemphasize because of early attachment experiences.

Compassion Focused

Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) aims to help promote mental and emotional healing by encouraging people in treatment to be compassionate toward themselves and other people.
