Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. I have worked in the mental health field for 19 years in a variety of settings. I work individually with adolescents and adults of all ages who are struggling with a variety of mental health concerns. I am passionate about helping others learn, grow, and become the best versions of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is spent gathering information and determining what the best course of treatment will be. We will work together to establish goals and identify what you are hoping to gain through therapy.
