A part of my job is to help you approach your life in a more conscious and intentional way, and learn to cope with life in ways that work better for you. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), family systems therapy and motivational interviewing.
