I help young adults and adults in their healing journeys by identifying and addressing the root thoughts and triggers contributing to their negative thought and behavioral patterns. I help them develop the skills to heal from them and be their best version.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The quality of one's thoughts highly impact the quality of one's life. Therefore, CBT is a tool I use to help clts identify detrimental thoughts that are influencing emotions and thereby behaviors; behaviors that are negatively impacting one's life. Once that awareness is in motion, the healing begins.
Self awareness and clear goals are so helpful in moving forward in a healthy way. With 6-9 sessions, a clt is able to accomplish goals set out for themselves.
