I aim to create a safe healing space for my clients
My approach to therapy includes a nonjudgmental, Person-Centered approach, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused modalities, however, I will tailor my approach to your individual needs. Much of my experience includes trauma work related to sexual assault, domestic violence, grief and loss, and adverse childhood experiences, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
