Hi there! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Masters dgree in Clinical Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2020, and have been practicing for 4 years. I have experience working in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, as well as in most recent years working in private practice providing tele-health services. I truly enjoy having the ability to see clients throughout California via tele-health services.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will keep things pretty light and easy as we start to get to know one another. The first session consists of brief introductions, going over the therapy process and what future sessions will look like, then diving into the specific challenges you're facing and what you would like to get out of therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I take pride in creating a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients, meeting them where they are on their journey, with compassion and without judgment. I believe in collaborating with my clients as they are the authors of their unique stories and I am simply there to provide the tools and resources needed to create the best possibly life for themselves.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to help clients understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all influenced by one another, and how changing unhelpful and negative thought patterns can improve overall well-being.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I believe that successful treatment consists of building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, therefore I work from a Rogerian (Person Centered) approach in order to meet clients where they are in life. Therapy process is about the client, and helping them discover what is best for them on their journey.

Strength-Based

I also utilize a strength-based approach as I believe that all individuals are capable of change and growth. I focus on helping individuals re-discover their strengths and abilities and bring awareness to their resilience so that they can continue to flourish and overcome obstacles.
