Hey y'all, I'm Tabitha. Do you feel overwhelmed and under too much stress? Are you struggling with a history of trauma or problem relationships that cause problems in your current relationships? Is it hard to break those problem patterns or be kind to yourself? I help people overcome their anxieties and past traumatic/problematic relationship and behavior patterns. Together we can explore the problems that are causing difficulty in your life and relationships and find ways to resolve or move past them. We will use a holistic, whole self approach addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I try to integrate the things that are important to you into treatment to help you develop a strong healthy relationship with yourself as well as your people. I'm here to help. First session we'll go over paperwork and treatment expectations. We will also go into your background and what's brought you to therapy at this time.
