Hi! I am a licensed clinical therapist since 2000. I worked in various setting such as hospitals, crisis centers, community mental health agencies, schools and most recently in the private sector for the past 5 years. I have an extensive history of working with various populations and ages of persons having mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief as well with victims of emotional and physical abuse. I view my role as a therapist as a calling to help people actualize their personal goals and aspirations.

Your first session with me will be an informal meeting of getting to know one another as you freely discuss your presenting concerns as I ask you guided questions regarding your desired goals in a non-judgmental and confidential space.
