Hello! I'm Brooks, and I am glad you found me. I understand that life can be stressful. Sometimes we, as human beings, struggle. You may feel like you are being pulled in many directions or you may be struggling with depression or anxiety. I work with people from many walks of life. If you are struggling with past trauma, depression, anxiety, or something else, I would like the opportunity to help you on your journey. We can work together towards your goals.
In our first session, we will discuss your reason for seeking therapy, some of your history, and identify goals for therapy. You will also have the opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns you have about therapy. It is important to me to get to know you as a client and start to provide an environment where you feel welcome.

I have training and experience providing ACT-informed therapy to help with difficult thoughts and feelings that someone is experiencing.
I have received in depth training in ERP and its application to obsessive compulsive disorder.
I have received training and supervision through EMDRIA-approved instructors and consultants in EMDR.
