If you're ready to break through barriers, reclaim your confidence, and thrive, I’m here to support you on that journey. Reach out today to start building the life you deserve.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll begin by getting to know each other and talking about the specific challenges you're currently facing. I’ll ask questions to understand your goals, your strengths, and the areas where you feel stuck or overwhelmed. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my passion for helping others, my positivity, and my genuine eagerness to support clients in achieving their goals. I create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered, and I’m committed to providing practical tools and strategies that lead to real change. My optimism and belief in your ability to grow and succeed drive me to meet every challenge with energy and enthusiasm.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past three years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety and depression. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Strength-Based

Everyone has strengths, I think its important to identify and incorporate your unique strengths into treatment. Your strengths can be used as a tool to manage challenges, build confidence, and self-esteem.
