Good Day! I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in Florida. I received my Masters in Social Work from Florida State University. I have previously worked as a case manager in an urban hospital, a social worker for the school system and working with child abuse and neglect. I have extensive experience in relationships, conflict resolution, anxiety, depression, ADHD and communication skills.

I am a Licensed Professional Therapist, based in Florida. I was born in the Island of Jamaica but attended College in the USA, where I gained my Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and my Masters from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I began my Professional work in 2019 and worked tirelessly with older teenagers, adults and seniors. However, I also did many hours of internship at a Counseling center and also at a Mental Health Facility, where I gained invaluable experiences.

I have a profound commitment to supporting the inner resilience of all my clients. I’m dedicated to helping every person discover their inner warrior. I often say I took the long road to my social work career, gaining experience in juvenile justice, law enforcement, child welfare, and the school system. I work with adults mostly now. I do both individual and couples sessions. I have met some great people along the way and together we were able to make their life better. I am trained in addictions, trauma, solution-focused, CBT, couples and DBT. I use an eclectic approach that best fits the person I am working with.
