Mary is delightfully real, warm, welcoming, and I immediately felt at ease. She's caring and compassionate, and very present. I appreciated that it felt like talking with a trusted friend who really gets me, and that there isn't that stiff professional 'armor' that some therapists seem to wear. Her wisdom and wit come from having walked the path of hidden health challenges, so her compassion feels lived-in, generous, and ready.
