We all need someone to talk to and therapy provides that space where you can be yourself. We all go through some things from time to time and should be able allowed to talk with someone who is willing to listen and provide us with the support that we need.
First session
In the first session, I plan to gather as much information as I can to develop treatment goals for therapy.
