Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or quietly running on empty? You might be the one everyone relies on, the steady one, while carrying so much on your own. I work with adults navigating anxiety, caregiving stress, grief, health concerns, burnout, and life transitions. On the outside, you’re holding it together. Inside, you are overwhelmed. You don’t have to do this alone. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can be comfortable, feel understood, and gently find your way forward, with support that is thoughtful, practical, and tailored to you.
In therapy, I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can exhale, sort through what feels challenging, and begin to reconnect with yourself. My style is collaborative and practical, helping you better understand your stress, build effective coping tools, and move forward with more clarity, calm, and confidence.
I bring listening, patience, and compassion to my work. I have spent more than 30 years supporting individuals and their families through medical and life transitions. This experience helps me understand-people need to be heard, respected, and validated.
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by caregiving responsibilities, anxiety, grief, health-related stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are used to taking care of others first and come to therapy exhausted, emotionally stretched thin, and unsure of how to care for themselves without guilt. I have helped adults overwhelmed with health conditions/chronic conditions or family members who are overwhelmed with caregiving duties.

Strength-Based
I offer a caring, supportive space to talk about what feels heavy and discover the strength that’s already within you. Together, we will ease stress, build coping skills, and find a greater sense of calm and confidence as you move forward.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I will help you identify unhelpful or automatic thought patterns—especially those contributing to anxiety, depression, or stress. Together, we explore how those thoughts influence how you feel and respond in different situations. We will challenge and reframe those thoughts and feelings.
Supportive
I am supportive by listening and meeting you where you are. I try to create a space where you feel safe to be open without fear of judgment. I balance that support with gentle guidance, helping you look at things from a different perspective and build tools you may use outside of sessions
Trauma Informed Care
I am trauma-informed as I prioritize safety, trust, and client choice. I am mindful of how past experiences may be impacting the present. We can move at a pace that feels safe, while supportive, as you build insight and coping skills.
