About me

Feeling overwhelmed trying to keep your thoughts, sleep, and day-to-day life on track? A racing mind and exhausted body feed each other—anxiety keeps you up, and sleepless nights make everything harder the next day. Tasks pile up, focus slips, and you start to wonder why you can't keep up like everyone else. It can feel isolating, especially when you look like you have it together on the outside—leaving you to question your abilities, your relationships, even who you are underneath it all. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, ADHD, and insomnia. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, but it's always shaped around you—who you are, what matters to you, and everything that's brought you to this point. I care about understanding what's really driving your patterns, not just easing the symptoms, so the changes we make together are ones that stick. I am a Certified Clinical Provider for ADHD, with specialized training in the assessment and treatment of ADHD and executive functioning challenges. In addition, I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), allowing me to provide specialized treatment for individuals struggling with chronic insomnia and sleep-related concerns.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, relevant history, and goals so we can begin to understand your needs. We’ll also discuss what you’d like to get out of therapy and start identifying priorities for our work together. You’re welcome to move at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. By the end of the session, we’ll begin outlining a plan for treatment and next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often come to me feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure where to even start. After working together, they leave with real clarity — about their patterns, their choices, and how to move forward. My goal is to provide a thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized therapeutic experience that is responsive to your unique needs and circumstances. If you're ready to make a change, I'd love to hear from you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults who are motivated to understand themselves better and make meaningful changes in their lives. I work well with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADHD and sleep difficulties. I’m especially a good fit for clients who are open to exploring patterns, building coping skills, and engaging in both insight-oriented and practical, skills-based work. I also support clients who value a collaborative approach to therapy while being open to reflection, mindfulness, and gradual behavioral change.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

I use a psychodynamic approach to help clients understand how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns influence current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By exploring these patterns, we gain insight, strengthen self-awareness, and create opportunities for lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)

When working with those struggling with insomnia disorder I use CBT-I to help clients improve sleep by identifying behaviors and thoughts that contribute to insomnia. Treatment may include sleep scheduling, stimulus control, sleep consolidation, relaxation techniques, and strategies to reduce worry about sleep and improve restful sleep.
