About me

I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience in addiction treatment, acute mental health, and behavioral health care. My background includes years of direct clinical work supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult challenges, with a focus on recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness. As a military veteran who served overseas and a cancer survivor, I bring a unique perspective to the therapeutic process. These personal experiences have deepened my empathy, strengthened my commitment to service, and given me an authentic understanding of what it means to face adversity and rebuild.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a welcoming and friendly space where we explore your story and what brings you in. You set the pace, and together we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels aligned, comfortable, and tailored to your needs. Therapy sessions are designed to be flexible and fit into your life. Whether you prefer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or occasional check-ins, you have the freedom to choose the scheduling that best supports your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use an integrative, relational approach that combines person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, and practical tools from CBT and solution-focused therapy. Together, we look at how your past and present experiences shape your life now, while also creating concrete, realistic steps toward feeling better in your day-to-day life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults facing addiction, trauma, and major life challenges, including veterans and survivors of significant health or personal struggles. My ideal clients are those ready to begin healing—even if they don’t yet know what that path looks like—and who want a safe, supportive space to rebuild and grow.

I felt very “heard” and she was able to stay on track even though I was throwing a lot of information. It meant a lot to me
