Hi! I'm Jeff. If you are up against it, I'm here for you. If life circumstances, your relationship, your job, parenting, or other factors in your life are causing distress, let's connect! I'm happy to hold space for you and help you to process whatever is having a negative impact on your life and relationships. I offer a judgement free space for you to explore, uncover, and problem solve.
In our first session, we will celebrate that you took a step to care for yourself. We will identify the specific challenges in your life, and identify a goal to make progress on. You'll find that I am nonjudgmental, and excellent listener, and will bring my personality and experience into our interaction so that you feel more comfortable and we can make a connection.
I have a wide range of experiences, and can offer support for all types of things that challenge us in life. Whether it is feelings of depression or dissatisfaction with relationships, struggles with parenting or a life transition, grief, difficulty with aging parents, or challenging dynamics with your spouse, I can help. I am actively engaged in the discussion. I promise I won't just sit there and nod at you.
I'm happy to work with anybody that would like help and is ready to share their story and do some work. I tend to be relational and informal, and ultimately solution focused. If you are tired of life as it is, and are ready to unpack some difficult things, I'm here to listen and reflect with you, and make a plan so things improve.
