(she/her)
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here and making this decision to try something new. Therapy can truly be a sacred space, it's a place that can absolutely change your life, if you allow your self the time and space to heal. My focus is to see you as uniquely you: the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly. I believe we all have inherent value and worth, and I strive to see this in every single person, including you. We may have some changes we need to make and some behaviors we have to part ways with, but through this healing journey, I want you to know how valued and loved you are. To embrace life again like we were meant to. To forgive others and learn to let go. To change what you can and find peace with what you can't. I operate from a trauma-informed perspective - recognzing how the past has changed the way we see ourselves and those around us. I look at how early life experiences impact our relationships, attachments, emotions, motivation, and joy. I incorporate mindfulness to help with regulation and utilize psychoeducation to understand that what happened in the past can't be changed, but we have the ability to pursue healing and growth regardless.
In our first session, my main goal is to create a warm, secure, and welcoming space where you feel truly heard. Because I operate from an attachment and trauma-informed lens, we will talk about how we can work together collaboratively to explore root causes rather than just surface-level symptoms. Ultimately, you can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where your experiences are validated and your voice is heard.
My greatest strengths lie in blending deep empathy and active listening with a specialized focus on attachment, trauma-informed care, and family systems theory. I don't just look at surface-level symptoms; I work collaboratively with you to uncover the root causes of distress and break long-standing patterns. Mostly, my hope is you learn to see yourself as a strong, capable, loved human being.
My ideal client is someone who knows they are ready for a meaningful change, even if they feel a bit overwhelmed by the thought of it. You might be navigating a sea of anxiety, feeling stuck in stressful relationship patterns, or just dealing with a constant, heavy sense of pressure. You don’t need to have a perfect roadmap or even the exact words to describe what’s wrong yet—curiosity and a willingness to show up are the only real prerequisites here. I work best with individuals who are open to looking at their lives with a bit of self-reflection and are interested in learning practical, real-world tools and grounding techniques to help manage day-to-day stress. If you are looking for a collaborative space where you will feel deeply heard, validated, and gently challenged to grow entirely at your own pace, we are going to be a great fit. You bring the willingness to try, and we’ll navigate the rest together with plenty of compassion and a completely open mind.

I believe we all have inherent talents and abilities within ourselves that we can utilize in daily life. My hope is that our time together will highlight these abilities and find ways of letting these skills positively impact all of our decisions and choices.
Trauma Informed Care
I approach every session recognizing there is pain and trauma from many of our backgrounds. Allowing space for us to process how this impacts our life, relationships, and ability to give and receive love is a main component of all of my sessions.
Family Therapy
Navigating complex and "messy" relationships with those around us, especially within our family, can be both chaotic and overwhelming. In my work with clients, we explore family dynamics, impact, and different ways of managing and navigating these relationships with compassion, understanding, and empathy.
Christian Counseling
The intersection of real life, traumas, and faith can be hard to navigate, if we're being honest! In this space, we journey these paths together, using scripture as a guide to understanding how faith is our anchor in life. This aspect of therapy is offered only by the client's request.

Savannah listened to my past not too great experience with therapy and made sure that I felt welcome and comfortable to share my thoughts. She offered thoughts where needed and put my mind at ease.

Really liked how she asked the right questions without making me feel like I was taking a survey. Got me to open up constructively immediately 👍🏼
