Feeling stuck? You're not alone. Whether you're navigating medical challenges, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people through some of life’s toughest moments—with compassion, honesty, and care. I’m especially drawn to working with those who feel weighed down by emotional pain, illness, or big life transitions. As a cancer survivor, I deeply understand how healing can be messy, powerful, and deeply personal—and I believe in your ability to grow through it.
In our first session, we’ll begin with a brief introduction and then explore the concerns that brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. From there, my hope is that at the end of each session, you’ll leave with a new insight, skill, or tool—something meaningful to help you move forward or cope just a little better.
My clients often describe me as having a calming presence. I approach situations with logic and offer clear insights. I’m skilled at identifying the root causes of issues and addressing them effectively from there.
My ideal client is someone who feels stuck—overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or the challenges of chronic illness or pain. They may be healing from painful experiences such as abuse, assault, or loss, or navigating difficult journeys like infertility or serious medical issues. They’re looking for a safe, compassionate space to process their experiences, and they’re ready to take small, meaningful steps toward healing, resilience, and renewed hope

She was very nice and direct, and made me feel very comfortable sharing. Especially since we just met, the fact that I felt safe to share with her so quickly is saying a lot.

I'm really grateful that I found Amber. She came as answers to my prayers. I really appreciate how direct she is and helps me see when I'm catastrophizing and helps me see solutions when I'm feeling stuck and struggle to see past the details.
