Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, you will get to know one another. Dr. Ostergaard will ask questions, discuss a diagnosis, and together you will develop a treatment plan. The first session is not meant to be therapeutic, but rather an opportunity to determine therapy needs and course of treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Dr. Ostergaard is a master at building relationships, making you feel comfortable at all stages of the therapy process.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve
