Hi my name is Sheila I am a licensed clinical social worker, as well as a certified alcohol and drug counselor. I have been told that I am easy to talk to and sessions are usually over to soon. I start out with a biopsychosocialspiritual assessment.. the assessment gives me a foundation of what, where, how and when things began. We can formulate a path together once I have some foundational information.
I have been in the field for 30 years and I love what I do. My greatest strength is wanting to learn more about the issues and concerns that client's have. Often the client is the therapist best teacher. I have learned so much from working with a wide range of individuals.
