I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nine years of experience supporting women and men as they navigate challenges in their lives and relationships. I have worked with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other life stressors. My approach is collaborative and individualized. I help clients better understand their experiences, identify strategies that support their well-being, and work through challenges in ways that are meaningful to them. I believe therapy is most effective when it is grounded in each client’s values, strengths, and personal goals.
In our first session, we’ll discuss the areas you would like to focus on throughout the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and develop a plan to guide our work. This first session is also an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable, supportive space for therapy.
My experience as a therapist, along with my own experiences navigating life’s challenges, allows me to bring both professional knowledge and genuine understanding to my work. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively with them to identify strengths and strategies that fit their individual needs, values, and goals.
Life transitions such as graduating from high school or college, changing jobs, becoming a parent, or going through a divorce can often bring anxiety and stress. I help clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, set personal goals, and build communication skills to manage these challenges with greater confidence and clarity. Couples come to therapy with different concerns, such as better communication, and how to get through rough spots in their relationship. As we explore these concerns, we work to improve the relationship.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients recognize the connection between their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Once they understand this relationship, we work together to change one aspect to reduce symptoms and improve functioning.
Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients identify the values that matter most to them and take purposeful, meaningful steps toward living in alignment with those values. Together, we develop practical strategies to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions while building a life that reflects what is most important to them.
