(she/her)
I see myself as a partner, working alongside people to help them find their own path. I believe the therapeutic relationship is something we build together over time, starting from the very first conversation. I work with adults 18 and older who are dealing with a wide range of challenges. What I enjoy most about being a therapist is helping people reach their goals and learn how to handle life’s problems with confidence. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship and family issues. My approach is flexible and focused on building people up, highlighting strengths, and encouraging positive growth. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, I’ve had the chance to use a variety of techniques and have learned firsthand what tends to work best for different people.
You can expect to walk away from your first session with at least one new coping skill you can start using right away.
I think one of my biggest strengths is creating a positive, supportive environment and encouraging small wins. Even a baby step is still a step in the right direction.
