Hi, I’m Angie, and I have a passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. I specialize in trauma-focused care using EMDR, CBT, and DBT to support clients in building healthier relationships with themselves and others. I understand how trauma can impact relationships with the self and others and utilize my lived experience to help enhance the lives of others. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs on their journey toward lasting change.
In our first session, we’ll begin by reviewing your intake paperwork and discussing your goals for therapy. I’ll walk you through a biopsychosocial assessment, which just means we’ll explore different areas of your life—like your emotional, physical, and social well-being—to get a full picture of what you’re experiencing. This helps me tailor your treatment to fit you. Since sessions are held via secure telehealth, you can join from the comfort of your own space. I’ll also make sure you feel confident using the platform and answer any questions you have. Most importantly, we’ll move at your pace and start building the foundation for a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
