Katrina was down to earth, very good listening skills and I feel that I selected the correct Therapist

Very concerning intake experience. Within the first few minutes, I was asked screening questions about suicidal thoughts. I clearly explained that my last experience with those thoughts was outside the two-week timeframe referenced in the questionnaire, yet the therapist still marked my response as “yes.” This is a serious clinical question and should be documented accurately. The interaction felt rushed and I did not feel fully listened to.
