My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is particularly useful in exploring and identifying ways to - healthy - cope, by understanding how we respond to triggers or stressors, and how triggers can influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

While we cannot go back in time and change how things have influenced our present day behaviors, solution focused therapy can help us to identify behaviors (or patterns of behaviors) and develop the tools necessary to overcome these behaviors to plot a healthier future.
