During the first session, I will discuss the process of therapy and confidentiality. I will get any missing details/information about the potential client. Then, I will ask the client just to share some things with me to build rapport and get to know each other.

Psychodynamic
I use a psychodynamic treatment approach in therapy when working with clients who are dealing with challenges that are somehow related to past trauma in their childhood.
