You don’t have to keep carrying everything on your own. You can heal, understand yourself more deeply, and build healthier relationships—and therapy can help you get there. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, grief, relational difficulties, and personal growth. I also offer Christian-integrative counseling when faith is an important part of your healing.

First session

Your first session is a chance to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your history, relationships, goals, and what you hope will change. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll begin at your pace and create a therapeutic path that feels supportive, collaborative, and right for you.

Strengths

I take a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that helps you understand what’s beneath your thoughts, emotions, and patterns rather than simply trying to change them. I’m especially passionate about Internal Family Systems (IFS), with Level One training through the IFS Institute, and also incorporate EMDR, Brainspotting, and Sand Tray Therapy when appropriate. Together, we’ll focus on emotional regulation, self-understanding, relational connection, and meaningful growth.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is someone who are ready to heal. They are going through life and feel like they need a change. Many of them want to discover their true identity but don’t know where to begin. I come along side someone and walk with them through the journey of healing. I never force healing but allow it to develop in a safe way.
