Entering the process of therapy can be daunting and intimidating, but my goal is to make it comfortable for everyone. Creating a strong rapport/ therapeutic alliance is a priority of mine. I engage each client with a warm, empathic, and accepting demeanor, while building rapport and holistically addressing and integrating each aspect of their biological, psychological, and social experiences. I believe in creating a safe space and environment for each client, allowing them the freedom to introspect and work toward achieving goals.
