Helen is a great listener and is able to reflect back what I have expressed in a meaningful way. She's able to summarize concrete factors to consider for decision-making, while still holding space for the complexity of the situation and significance of the decision(s). She's empathetic and intelligent.

My first session with Helen was great. She asked lots of great questions about my background and asked me my goals for attending therapy. Felt like I was actually part of the session. Cant wait to schedule the next one.
