Something brought you here. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or run down. Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, or feeling stuck and disconnected, just going through the motions. Whatever it is, you don't have to figure it out on your own. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience providing individual and family therapy, clinical supervision, and consultation. I'm also a Board Certified Telehealth Professional, Level I, and a Board-Approved Supervisor. I specialize in complex trauma, attachment, loss and grief, and adoption. You’re the expert on your own life and there’s no one right way to therapy. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what matters most to you… whether that’s deeper understanding, healing, greater confidence, or a space to breathe and just be. You tell me where you’d like to go, and I'll help you navigate the road ahead. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, a good cup of coffee, and hiking with my one-eyed rescue dog, Copper.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk through what brought you here and what you hope to get out of our time together. You don’t need to have everything figured out ahead of time. Therapy is a process, not a checklist. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if we vibe. It may take a couple of sessions to know if it’s a good fit.
I bring a creative and collaborative approach that’s grounded in real life. I show up with honesty and authenticity and create a space where you can show up as you are. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all framework and take the time to get to know your strengths, values, goals, and lived experience. I'm also a lifelong learner and seek out training and consultation because I believe good care requires continued growth.
I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures. I work well with adults who are curious about what’s beneath the surface and would like to get to the root, not just trim the branches. While my expertise includes relational trauma and navigating the multi-layered complexities of adoption, I support individuals through the hard parts of being human including loss, identity shifts, and major life transitions. If this sounds like you, I'd love to connect.

I blend different techniques and most often draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Attachment-Based Therapy. I use what fits you, not what fits the model.
I approach everything through a trauma-informed lens, understanding how trauma shows up in the nervous system, sense of self, and relationships.
EMDR helps the brain process and store difficult memories differently so they carry less charge over time, while also building on what's already working well for you.
So much of how we relate to ourselves and others starts with our earliest relationships. Together we can work towards understanding those patterns, heal old wounds, and build more secure connections moving forward. I have advanced training in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Levels One and Two, Training in Adoption Competency, and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC).
IFS brings compassion and understanding to the different parts of ourselves, including the parts that feel stuck, protective, or in conflict with each other and helps them find a way to work together.
