I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas providing telehealth therapy for adults. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, relationship concerns, and life stressors. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded, using evidence-based strategies including CBT and psychoeducation. Sessions focus on increasing self-awareness, coping skills, and emotional understanding to support healthier functioning in daily life.
During the first session, we will discuss your concerns, background, goals for therapy, and current stressors while beginning to build comfort, understanding, and a plan for treatment moving forward.
Supportive, collaborative, evidence-based approach focused on insight, coping, and emotional awareness.
I work best with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in unhelpful patterns. Many are high-functioning individuals struggling with stress, overthinking, self-criticism, burnout, relationship concerns, or balancing responsibilities. I help clients increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, manage emotions more effectively, and develop healthier patterns in daily life, relationships, communication, emotional functioning, overall well-being, personal growth, confidence, and long-term emotional resilience in everyday situations.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand how thoughts impact emotions and behaviors, and develop healthier coping strategies. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical, helping clients build self-awareness, reduce distress, and create meaningful changes that improve daily functioning and emotional well-being.
