Starting therapy can feel like a big step—and sometimes a strange one. You may be thinking, “Do I really need to talk to someone?” or “Where do I even begin?” You do not have to have the perfect words, a neatly organized life story, or a five-point plan for healing. You just have to show up as you are, and we can start there. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate, with room for honesty, curiosity, and the occasional well-timed laugh—because healing is serious work, but that does not mean we have to be serious every single second. My hope is that you feel supported, understood, and respected as we work together to help you feel less weighed down and more connected to yourself, your choices, and the life you want to build.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—not just what brings you to therapy, but what life has been like carrying it all. We will talk about what has been feeling heavy, what you hope might feel different, and what goals matter most to you. I will also walk you through what therapy can look like, answer your questions, and help make the process feel a little less mysterious and a lot more human.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What makes my approach special is that I try to bring my full humanity into the room: an open mind, genuine empathy, compassion, and enough humor to remind us that you are more than the hard things you are carrying. I believe every person who comes to therapy is a unique individual with their own story, strengths, values, and way of making sense of the world. Rather than assuming I already know what you need, I work to meet you where you are, understand your perspective as deeply as I can, and create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and fully yourself.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in supporting adults of all ages navigating life with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. It’s important to me that you recognize and understand what may be getting in the way of feeling grounded, connected, and capable in your daily life. My approach is laid-back, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, with humor along the way when it helps. If you’re ready to feel more in control and less weighed down, let’s get started.
