New to Grow
I have worked in school-based community mental health for six years. During this time I intermittently provided teletherapy and realized I love providing clients the access to therapy on their own terms. While I'm not new to the field, I’m excited to start using my experience to support clients and families with Grow! Therapy can feel intimidating and invasive, but it doesn't have to be! My goal is to make therapy approachable and beneficial for every client I serve. Are you a teenager caught in the challenges that come with being between childhood and adulthood? Are you a parent looking to better connect with and understand your child? Are you or your child having a hard time in school? Are you tired of the tension, arguments, hopelessness, and dysfunction? If so, you've come to the right place and I can't wait to help you get started!
Our time together will be client-led. We will look at your specific situation in the context of your life to identify specific, obtainable goals to walk in the direction of healing, peace, restoration, and hope.
I have worked with adolescents, teens, and parents for several years and have a lot of hope to share for your situation.
I specialize in working with families, children, and teens facing challenges that feel overwhelming. I help individuals and families make sense of life's challenges, simplify areas that feel complex, identify goals, achieve emotional health, and experience relational stability. If faith is an important part of a client's or family's life, I would like them to feel comfortable making that a part of their experience in therapy.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I believe some issues can be processed and resolved quickly with some evidence-based assistance. This approach may be best if you want to focus on identifying solutions rather than long-term processing.
Strength-Based
I believe each person is an expert on themselves whether they realize it or not. A strengths-based perspective helps clients recognize their own potential and feel empowered to resolve challenges.
Family Therapy
I believe families can look numerous different ways. Having a healthy family is one of the most beautiful gifts. When families can live, love, worship, and learn together, everyone benefits.
Trauma Informed Care
I believe past hurts impact current functioning when those hurts go unaddressed. This approach is for clients looking to work through the past for a better future.
