Hi there, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 7+ years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and perinatal mental health challenges. My professional experience includes working with diverse populations, including expectant and new parents, adults experiencing homelessness, and older adults. Women's mental health, pregnancy, and postpartum wellness are areas I am especially passionate about. I spent many years supporting families throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period in a hospital setting and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I earned my degree from California State University, Northridge, and have been licensed since 2019.
During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals so I can better understand your unique experiences and needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas of focus, while creating a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your goals. Most importantly, the first session is an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you're hoping to gain from therapy, and determine whether we're a good fit.
My approach is solution-focused, direct, and holistic. I am also trained in trauma-informed care and work collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work best with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or navigating significant life changes. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the adjustment to parenthood. I have a special passion for supporting women through the emotional and identity shifts that can accompany these seasons of life. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

I take a strength-based approach to therapy, which means I believe you already have many of the qualities and abilities needed to navigate life's challenges—even if they don't feel accessible right now. Together, we'll identify your existing strengths, build on what is already working, and develop new skills to help you overcome obstacles, increase resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

She was very warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable opening up to her. She listened carefully and made me feel understood and supported. I really appreciate how authentic and caring she was throughout the session. I’m glad I decided to start therapy with her.

Anat reviewed my intake and I felt like she was ready to address my concerns from the start. She was very attentive and I felt like she was really paying attention to what I needed from this session. At the end she gave me valuable evaluations and offered tips to help me overcome some of my anxiety. I look forward to our next session.
