Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other to see if we are a good fit to work together. From there, together we will craft a plan to move forward and take actionable steps in the first session.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a therapist, I cannot promise results, but I can promise that each session will be an opportunity for you to learn more about yourself through awareness, acceptance, and a willingness to explore and evolved you!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My work will resonate with a variety of clients who are willing to harness their awareness into action. Clients who navigating the transitions of life, feeling a lack of personal purpose, or those who need motivation in making life decisions will benefit most from my approach. I believe that therapy should be fluid and not rigid, working in brief series rather than long term stretches, as it is importance to practice what is explored. I want my clients to feel empowered to return whenever they want guidance rather than feeling obligated to attend weekly sessions if not necessary
