Hello, My name is Natalie Lewis and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and the U. S. Virgin Islands. My educational background is in psychology, marriage and family therapy, and industrial organizational psychology. I specialize in providing counseling to individuals, groups, children, teenagers, young adults, couples, and married couples. My specialties are self-care, work/life balance, anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD and family discord etc. I also work with busy professionals who are trying to maintain a healthy work/life balance. I also complete Immigration Evaluations- Asylum, Hardship Waiver, T-Visa, U-Visa, and VAWA.
The first session is an information gathering session. This is where clients will be able to share openly about their concerns and share what they want to work on.
My biggest strengths are my ability to listen. Also, to not impose my own beliefs and ways of doing things on others. I follow the client's lead towards the issues and problems that they want to focus on and work through. I acknowledge the clients' strengths and abilities and that they will be able to work through and make healthy decisions to benefit them in the long run.
Busy, high-functioning clients in need of self-care strategies, who want to balance work/life. Client who are willing to work on their anxiety and depression levels to reduce them and to also begin to find some direction in their life. Clients who are ready to work on past and present issues of trauma and wanting to build resilience. Let's work together. I also complete Immigration evaluations for Asylum, Hardship Waiver, T-Visa, U-Visa, and VAWA. Sessions are conducted between the hours of 9am to 5pm- Monday through Friday. Saturdays are from 9am to 12pm. 8am sessions are available upon request.

She's wonderful! Very solution oriented and is able to immediately pick out what it is I'm trying to convey in my jumble of words during our sessions, haha. She's greatly appreciated!

Very succinct! I deeply appreciated her being able to find the root of my words when I would ramble :)

As I open up, we talk about things I should consider and questions that should be answered or reflected on. I think she is helping me understand situations that are going on in my life and able to support me.
