LCSW, 9 years of experience
New to Grow
Life transitions, grief, and loss can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to face them alone. In therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being open and vulnerable, while also finding the encouragement you need to move forward. My approach blends empathic listening with practical planning, helping you draw on your strengths while working through challenges. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs—there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and create a path toward the goals and peace you’re seeking. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in Georgia and Florida. Over that time, I’ve walked alongside clients through grief, anxiety, stress, and major life changes, helping them find clarity, resilience, and hope.
Our first session will be a welcoming and supportive conversation where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to understand your background, current stressors, and goals. Together, we’ll talk through what feels most important to you right now and create a plan for next steps.
Clients often describe me as compassionate, collaborative, and responsive. I bring not only clinical expertise but also an ability to listen deeply and provide practical tools. My goal is to help you feel both supported and empowered as we work through challenges together.

Eye movement desensitization allows you to process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional intensity to increase overall well being and move forward.
Psychoeducation allows you to better understand your mental health and the impact of stress on the body. Learning this information empowers you to make informed choices to heal.
Strength based approach allows you to recognize and build on your resilience, skills and resources you already have. An objective perspective is helpful to see the positives and what is working for us.
