Welcome, I'm Jasmine! Have you recently experienced a life change and having a hard time navigating? Maybe you've discovered that your relationship with yourself and/or others isn't exactly what you expected them to be. Today, navigating the world in all of its fast-paced and ever-changing glory can be overwhelming. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relational and transitional concerns to restore homeostasis in their lives, using a mix of modalities tailored to meet the needs of the individual. It is my paramount goal to work with individuals to process their concerns, manage symptoms that may hinder their personal development, discover the beauty and power that they possess and empower individuals to show up authentically in the world. In my practice I understand the importance of holistic treatment, working with the whole person versus only addressing symptoms and diagnoses. We will become a therapeutic dynamic duo and work collaboratively to work towards goals. Though seeking assistance on your therapeutic journey can seem daunting, the outcomes can change the trajectory of your life tremendously. In our first session together, my goal is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I aim to foster a therapeutic environment rooted in compassion and care, where you can show up as your authentic self and speak openly about your experiences. Through collaborative and holistic approaches, we’ll begin to untangle life’s stressors and transitions in a way that feels safe and manageable. You can expect to leave our sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped with insight and tools to manage life’s challenges. My hope is that you’ll not only gain clarity around your symptoms but also develop strategies that support long-term growth and healing—even beyond our time together.
As a clinician, I thrive when helping individuals journey through transitional and relational processes. Using solution-based therapeutic models and collaborative efforts, I work with individuals to find balance, peace and solutions, while decreasing unwanted symptoms.
Individuals who are dealing with disordered moods ( depression, anxiety), having a hard time dealing with transitions, relational issues and or issues with self esteem.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment is used as a collaborative and gold oriented approach that highlights the existing strengths and resources that you already possess. Through visualization of your desired future, I work with the client to develop actionable steps to get to the desired outcome.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used to help client understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Through collaborative processing we explore how your thinking patterns contribute to undesired emotions and behaviors.
In my therapy practice I use Psycho education as a foundational tool to help client better understand their mental health and the therapeutic process. This helps the clients to be more aware of what is happening, feel more empowered to approach and more engaged in their therapeutic journey.
In practice, I use Interpersonal therapy to explore how relationships and communication patterns impact your emotional well-being. Together with the help of the client, we identify key relationships and the ways in which current challenges contribute to emotional distress. I help clients develop healthier ways to express their needs, set boundaries, and strengthen their connections with others.
