My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps with implementing personal growth and development. Works well for goal setting, life planning, self esteem and beyond. Helps great ideas launch into great success. I'm a firm believer that, "If you bring the body.......then mind will follow! Treatment Method: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past eight years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Grief Therapy

The ending of life of a loved one, or something that was very importance to us, can be difficult experience. Processing the 5 stages of the grieving process can help with our transitions and a healthier understanding of our thoughts and feelings.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Meeting a is person where they're at, is truly giving them empowerment to meet there goals and expectations.

Psychodynamic

If you find yourself asking.... "Why do I keep doing the same things over and over again, knowing that its not the healthiest". It suggests that much of our mental life occurs outside of conscious awareness, shaped by early childhood experiences and internal conflicts. This approach explores how unresolved past conflicts and unconscious processes influence our current behavior and personality. then we can make the necessary changes to make a difference in our lives.
