About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Tennessee. I received my Masters from Freed-Hardeman University and have been practicing for 8 years. I enjoy helping children and adults struggling with life difficulties, whatever they may be. I am a therapist who is also a Christian. My expertise is with those struggling with depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I assist clients with finding the light in their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I also take time to allow clients to get to know their therapist.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with all age groups for the past 7 years, l've developed a solid foundation for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. In addition, I provide caring and compassionate counseling services.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients of all ages. My clients are eager to improve, and willing to work to enhance their lives but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.
