New to Grow
I approach therapy as a relational process, not a place where you come to be fixed. You’re not a problem to solve; you’re a person with a history, patterns that make sense, and a way of being in the world that developed for a reason. In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath the surface. I’m interested in who you are, not just what’s wrong. My goal is to create a space that feels real, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and move toward something that feels more connected and meaningful.
As your therapist, I see my role as a nonjudgmental and compassionate presence as we navigate the complexities of being human together. I listen not only to your words, but also to what’s felt in the body and what may be harder to say. From there, we begin to make sense of your experience and move toward a more authentic and connected way of being.
With over a decade of experience, I have developed a steady, grounded presence that allows me to sit with complexity, emotion, and uncertainty without rushing the process.
My practice is open to adults of many identities, backgrounds, and experiences. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware humans navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, burnout, grief, or questions about identity, meaning, and connection. You do not have to have it all figured out to start therapy. If you’re curious, unsure, or even hesitant, that it welcome here.

Integrative
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. I incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and relational approaches to support both practical change and deeper self-understanding. In my work, I help clients explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and clarify what matters most to them. Together, we develop strategies for navigating difficult thoughts and feelings while also creating meaningful change. My style is collaborative and adaptable, allowing space for both skill-building and insight-oriented work within a supportive therapeutic relationship.
