About me

I provide support for those experiencing grief, loss, or life transitions. The period following a loss (death or non-death) is filled with mixed emotions- anger, sadness, and loneliness. In therapy, we’ll create a space to process emotions, strengthen resilience, and find healing in times of change. My goal is to provide support and ensure you do not have to walk this journey alone.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other better. We will complete an intake assessment, this lets me know a little more about you- what brought you to therapy, as well as some context from your past experiences.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Through my work with clients, I strive to be warm, caring, and relatable. I hope to ensure our time together is supportive and feels like a safe space through your healing journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client to motivated is motivated for change. You have already completed one of the hardest parts of this journey by reaching out for support. Together we will identify goals for our time working together and focus on your future moving forward.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

As a therapist specializing in grief, loss, and life transitions, I utilize trauma-informed care by creating a safe, collaborative space that honors each client’s unique story. This approach recognizes how past trauma may influence current challenges and empowers clients to process their experiences with compassion and resilience.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

To process grief, loss and life transitions I use mindfulness-based therapy to help clients stay present with their emotions, reducing overwhelm and fostering self-compassion. This approach supports clients in cultivating awareness and acceptance, creating space for healing and growth during times of change.

Grief Therapy

In navigating grief and loss, I use grief therapy techniques to help clients process emotions, honor their losses, and find meaning in their experiences. These approaches support clients in navigating the complexities of grief while fostering resilience and adaptation to life changes.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients notice and shift unhelpful thoughts that may make grief and life changes feel heavier. This approach offers practical tools for coping, building resilience, and finding steadier ground during difficult transitions.
