My goal is to create an environment in which you can challenge yourself. Similar to working out at the gym, we listen to our minds to assess where we are, and how far to push ourselves. The sessions will build upon each other; some days will be more challenging, with the ultimate goal of achieving what you set your mind to. I do this in a non-judgmental and easy-going pace.
I have worked in crisis and non-crisis environments, with a calming and level-headed approach toward individuals and families. My passion has been working with people to help better themselves. I am ready to listen and work with you wherever you are on your therapeutic journey.
